At L'Occitane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your beauty products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional gifts are included, and securely seal the box.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
